If you're interested in healthcare, the class is a great learning experience. I personally enjoyed the content. You have to have good time management skills because there's A LOT of information to cram in a few weeks before the tests and exams.

There are thousands of words to memorize and understand throughout the semester, averaging about 400 words per unit. Some are easy, and some aren't. There is a short 10-question test that you complete at home a few days before the exam; most people get 100s or 90s on these. Some people wait till a week before the test to start on the chapter, usually getting C's or D's on the exams. I don't recommend doing that. As soon as you're done with the last chapter, start on the next one.

The professor was good. He gave us some leeway for certain things, like the final exam. He kind of just has an administrative role in the class, whereas the rest is self-taught.
