Was a good introduction to BME for students who are unsure of their interest or commitment to the major

Familiarizing students with BME content and assignment types. looking at case studies. Lots of guest lectures and meeting the department’s faculty. Small unit on social justice and equity in healthcare/BME

Enthusiastic professor with reasonable expectations. very accommodating. Was new at the course so had to try and error sometimes but overall organized and prepared for class.

Im glad i took this class because its a great way to get to know the department. Not a required class but easy A and def a great way to find research opportunities and network with profs.
