Do not take if you are an international student or estranged from your family! This course is incredibly focused on your ancestry and how it relates to the founding of the United States.

Focuses on family history and how it relates to the founding of the United States and its constitution. Family history project that requires a 45-60 minute interview with a family member about your ancestry and how it's connected to the United States. Then you must type up an exact transcript of said interview, which needs to be at least 8 pages long. Then two papers follow that. The course is quiz and discussion heavy, as I am taing it online.

Very kind professor. Fascinating background. He seems like a person you'd want to read the memoir of.

How ancestry related and family oriented it is; I hate that part. I think it's inconsiderate of international students, even though I am not an international student myself.
