Very easy course, only lasts two days so make sure to go to both. The professor explained each demonstration greatly and let you redo it if you mess up.

Put into a group of 2-4 where each person practices CPR, AED, and the hiemlich maneuver on a test dummy.

Literally just show up, if you do you pass, if you don't then you fail. As simple as that. Plus it gives you real world, good to know experience.
