The class is usually taken as a gen Ed humanity, but is way harder than you would expect. You’re required to write essays every single week as well as sometimes read long assignments. The tests in the course are surprisingly hard, since they ask for ultra specific questions about lecture videos. I would recommend taking another course for your gen Ed requirement!!!

You learn a lot about medieval monks and medieval Romances.

The professor is actually good and thoughtful. He responds to weekly discussions with a thorough video and also allows for extra credit.

I wish I new how demanding it would be!
