The course was quite fascinating, especially for those who enjoy the medieval period. The teacher is incredibly accommodating. If you prefer not to collaborate in groups, she allows you to work independently, offers extensions, provides opportunities for make-up work, and even extra credit. I enrolled to fulfill an International & Humanities requirement, but I gained a wealth of knowledge.
If you're interested in the middle ages, this knowledge is incredibly beneficial for you. Medieval civilization laid the groundwork for our current society, paving the way for the Renaissance and the Modern era. I gained a great deal of insight into the society of that period.
Dr. Hampton possesses a wealth of knowledge and is incredibly supportive. She offers extensions, opportunities for make-up work, and extra credit options. She is very understanding, and if you're overwhelmed with assignments, workload, or unwell, just send her an email, and she will assist you.
I should have contacted the professor at the start of class about my preference to work independently and my workload worries. If you heed her guidance in the announcements and emails, achieving an A in this class is easy.

The class was very interesting if you like the middle ages. The instructor is very understanding. If you don't want to work in groups, she lets you work alone, gives extensions, make up work, and extra credit. I took it to satisfy a Writing & Humanities credit, but I learned a lot.
If you want to learn about the middle ages, then it is extremely useful to you. They provided the basis for our own society leading to the Renaissance and Modern era. I learned a lot about the society at that time.
As I said above, Dr. Hampton was very knowledgeable and helpful. She gives extensions, make up work, and extra credit. She is very understanding and if you have a huge workload or are sick, email her and she will work with you.
I didn't know this until the 2nd half of class and wished I emailed the professor about not wanting to work in a group at start and about my work load. It's actually easy to make an A in this class if you follow her advice in announcements and emails.
