Comments on the course

This review is for Post Holocaust American Jews since it has the same course code. I'm only halfway through this course and I already have serious regrets taking this as my Quest 1 course. I signed up for the course thinking it would be pretty easy since I am interested in the topic. Evidently, it's not. The concerns brought up by another one of the reviews for this class were not addressed, as the course's setup and modules are not fixed on Canvas and have simply been neglected in favor of random course announcements. As the other review suggests, participation grades appear to be assigned at random, as if the professor and TA were throwing darts at a board to determine each person's grade. Course Content

Some of the material is interested and relevant today, but not necessarily useful unless you are a Jewish Studies major/minor. While I would encourage anyone interested in this topic to continue researching, it would not be through this class. It will absolutely eliminate your passion for the topic

Advice

Take a different Quest course. Study this topic on your own time, you can still sign up for the webinars even if you are not enrolled in the course. Save yourself the aggravation of taking the equivalent of a high school English class in college.
