Fun skill to get. Had to spend way to much time trying to complete the projects. Teacher said expect 6 hours a week outside of class. I’ve consistently spent 15+ hours outside of class time, including a 12 hour straight sculpting session. It’s a ******* non major course, wtf.

I learned how to make ceramic cups, jars, and sculpt with clay. Cool hobby, bad delivery format.

Knows how to sculpt well, isn’t great at teaching people who don’t know.

Literally expect the class to become your life. Everyone in the class I’m in has discussed their 3 AM pottery lab stories and their 8+ hours of straight sculpting. It’s not a 6 hour commitment.
