Ecology is so interesting, but this class is basically just a textbook class. The quizzes are harder than exams since they are on book content and exams are thankfully just from lecture material. It's not a hard class, per se, but it's so boring that getting through assignments is like trudging through mud.
Good for elaborating on ecology concepts you've already learned, but if the textbook reading style of learning doesn't work for you (it doesn't for me either), it'll be in one ear and out the other.
Usually the course is taught by Dr. Johnson and I listed him because we're still watching his recorded lectures, but since he's on sabbatical we've had a PHD student running the course. Put the lectures on 1.5 speed or just go over the slides alone.
Read the textbook, or if you're a more hands-on learner, pick an in-person ecology class.

Interesting course for environmentalists. Not challenging info, but some specific exam questions on the case studies can be difficult.
Useful general info for environmental and natural resource managers.
Very knowledgeable and is the one speaking in all recorded lectures.
Problem sets are the most time-consuming.
