Took this class in Summer B, it was manageable but can be overwhelming due to the different kinds of assignments you do. It varies from Photoshop to Premiere Pro to drawing, and it never fixates until the final project which is a short film (under a minute).

It was useful but the term length of Summer B makes it difficult to retain the skills learned. You probably will dedicate some time to this class.

Professor was chill and usually provided feedback.

Make sure to turn everything in on time, or at the very least turn it in late. Missing assignments like in any class, take off significant points.

Fun, engaging assignments!

This class is basically a film class that'll teach you how to edit. You can learn key techniques like how to use a greenscreen.

Nitpicky grader. I legit have 5 degrees in film and couldn't get an A.

Group project heavy. You'll need a phone or camera able to record footage. You'll also need Adobe Premiere Pro.
