Comments on the course

** ONLINE COURSE ** Loved what I learned in this course. I never understood or questioned how Hitler rose to his dictatorship, nor did I realize WWII was a process he worked towards for over a decade (with insight since he was young). Mainly pre-Holocaust era where you learn how it got to that point. Awesome and helpful PowerPoint lectures with short time to answer on quizzes though (only tough part was lack of time). One book, two graphic novels, required video (but all the extra videos are interesting), one major opinion paper, two major "discussions," and the weekly quizzes on the main book that I suggest must be read weekly. Worth it though--I am much more knowledgeable and want to pursue more because of this course.

Set a good reading schedule between other courses. If I skimmed or didn't read, it showed HARD on my quiz grade -- even after playing the lecture and watching the additional materials. But at least the book is great and not boring (for those who like history, I'm sure).
