Really enjoyed this class. It's a fair bit of memorization, but less than some other harder classes in biology and plant biology. Grades mostly come from exams, plus a few short assignments.

Many groups of algae and plants, in order from the cyanobacteria working forward in evolutionary time to the flowering plants. Things like how they reproduce, their life cycle, key identifying features and morphology of the groups, evolutionary trends over time, and chromosomal ploidy in different life stages.

Dr. Vamosi only taught half the course ths term, but she seemed cool and easy to understand.
