Comments on the course

There's a LOT of content. Muscles, attachments, functions, nerve supply, boney landmarks, and ligaments. Use Anki flashcards and spend a good 2~3 hours everyday reinforcing material.

Course Content

This is your bread and butter for kinesiology. This is the one course that you should arguably be doing stellar in for a kinesiology student to excel in the future. Practice practice practice and you'll be using this course content in life. This course took about 90% of my time throughout the semester. Take light course loads to ensure you have enough time to prep for this one.

Comments on the professor

Incredibly insightful and passionate about anatomy. Sit in the front row since he talks VERY quietly.
