The course is taught by two wonderful profs. The first half is review of high school science classes and the second half of the course was a lot more difficult content-wise, but the prof was very clear on what she wanted from students so I did great. The structure of the course made it very easy to do great in, basically 51% of the marks are given to your for free (15% on quizzes + 8% on attendance + 28% on lab assignments). GO TO THE NON-MANDATORY LABS for lab assignments because they literally go over the answers. Exams are a bit difficult but you get your lowest mark dropped (49% from 4 exams).

Good class for arts students to get science credits. Climate is with Sara, Ecosystems is with Jennifer. Both are good profs but the first half is easier marked and easier content for me.

8 Friday Activities, you need to do 7. Do the first 7. Completion marks only. For lectures, take notes. For the friday lectures it's all activity but Jennifer will have some content. Textbook is optional, so skip that. Four exams in the course and they count the top 3. I always suggest taking all 4 for obvious reasons
