Class was fun but you need to study a lot outside of class.

The course is a bigger level French course. There are 3 mid terms, one group project, oral exam, final exam. The course is very attendance heavy. It's hard to fail but you need to work hard if you want a good grade.

The teacher made class a fun experience and cares about the students. However, she talk very fast with a thick French accent so it's hard to understand sometimes.

I would recommend reviewing the text book before class and doing the workbook after class. Also, the online version of the textbook is not that great so recommend buying the physical version even if it costs a bit more.

The course covered a wide range of content relating to archeology ranging from data analysis to politics. In the tutorial class we made a stone tool and made a bead from a shell and wrote our final term report on it. The class is not recorded but the slide are posted.

The couse doesn't have any mid terms but has two essay/report and a final exam. There is assigned reading with each class and a reading quiz about once a month.

The prof was really nice and answered any questions in depth.

Try to do the reading as much as possible even if it's a lot at times and go to class.
