Very passionate instructors that definitely know their stuff! There's a lot of prep (reading) for most classes and pre-class quizzes. You're marked on a couple of individual assignments, a big group business plan (5 parts), quizzes, participation, polls (or clickers in person), and a reflection at the very end. Don't feel intimidated if you have 0 business knowledge going into this course, they teach you allll the basics!

Participation matters! Talk as much as you can in class, even if you don't feel confident with your answers – it took me a while to figure out that everyone feels the same way, so just step out of your comfort zone and participate, literally no one is judging you. Would also recommend making the effort to form a good relationship with your TA (connect with them on LinkedIn, talk in your tutorials, ask questions etc) – this is super important because he/she will be the one marking almost all of your assignments. Don't be too hard on yourself with grades – it's so subjective and it's honestly not a good reflection of your actual abilities most times. Just try your best and don't compare yourself to others – it's not worth it.
