Comments on the course

Really well done, mostly student and volunteer-led. Projects assigned are due by next class, not super difficult and a must-take if you're interested in cybersecurity or computer networking.

Course Content

Attendance was mandatory and highly recommended. Learned a lot through the weekly projects and course content. No exams, just the weekly projects, participation in cybersecurity competitions, and a final project. Everything you learn is applicable if you're going down an IT/cybersecurity path.

Comments on the professor

Mostly student-led/volunteer-led, Professor Murray took a back seat most of the time. Students and volunteers are very knowledgeable and do very well.

Comments on the course

Tedious class and every student has said it is useless not of the material but of the tools used. The course uses Microsoft Access which cannot be used on anything MacOS or Linux.

Course Content

Not useful to me but can be to some. It teaches an introduction of IT and Information Systems.

Comments on the professor

He's the only professor that teaches this class. He himself isn't bad but the material of the course seems to be very barebones and useless for a 300-level class.
