The course is easy as long as you stay on it. A lab is required for the class but is heavily based on attendance and all the labs are easy to understand (as long as you read the labs beforehand).

The content is heavily geology-related but will help you understand the world around you and how things work. There are 4 tests and quizzes over each chapter. The quizzes have unlimited chances and will only take the highest score.

The professor is really good at explaining the topics and is passionate about what he teaches, he is also approachable and understanding.

The class is fairly easy as long as you keep up with the lectures, show up, and do the discussions and readings. The readings are not long and are interesting.

Most of the class is lectures and a discussion once a week. The tests are multiple choice with questions over everything he talked about and have around two short answers and one essay question.

The professor is really passionate about the subject and is approachable. He is willing to help with anything you don't understand.
