She is terrible

I wish I knew how horrible the prof was.

The prof sucksss. I tried so hard not to listen to the comments in ratemyprof website and came to the class with an open mind. But the professor has the knowledge but does not know how to give it to students. Everybody in my class is either doing something else or sleeping. The knowledge she taught you is like 5 but the midterm and final feel like 50. We have tons of formulas but she does not allow cheat sheets. The assignments take at least 4 hours on average to complete. Textbook was like $100 and only lasts for 2 semesters?????? And there's also some content that you have to read the slides carefully (not the textbook) in order to pass the assignments and exams. Just about the Macro and Microeconomic

Just please for God's sake, DO NOT take this class.

Teresa Fung is not a good teacher. I asked her before the midterm and before the final for additional study materials and she flatly denied me. the practice materials she does provide are extremely poor quality and not representative of the difficulty of the exam questions. The slides are poorly organized and the prof. requires you to take pictures of the 'question slides' in person to answer the at home assignments each week. these slides are interspersed throughout the lecture, so you have no choice but to sit through the whole lecture. If you get the information without attending the lecture The prof. provides very little feedback for long form writing and basically grades the paper and final exam (most of which is long form writing) on vibes.

Introductory economics and psychology on human behavior. Students with an economic background will do better by default as the content relies heavily on economic principles.

Probably the worst professor I've had so far at TMU. Made the course needlessly convoluted, provided terrible feedback and repeatedly denied polite requests for help. The midterm and exam questions are strictly more difficult than the provided in class practice questions. The prof also postponed the midterm until after the drop-dead date - which was suspect since she showed up 25 mins late to the intended midterm class and emailed everyone who had left that they should return immediately (anyone who didn't lost participation marks).
