Overall, fairly simple course that serves as a good introduction to the French language. Be prepared to contribute to the class discussion though! Textbook work can pile up though.

Goes over basic French vocabulary like family members, telling time, daily routine, and university life. Also teaches grammar concepts such as "to be" "to have".

McClintock is really nice and understanding. If you fall behind, she honestly is more than willing to work with you and let you submit assignments in a bit late, provided that you communicate. She also speaks fairly slowly so that's a plus.

Fairly straighforward class if you stay on top of nightly MyLabs assignment, which can be a lot. Participation in class is also a must, as this is a language course.
