Comments on the course

Total disaster. Can't learn anything in the lectures, the homework doesn't usually utilize the concepts taught in lecture, the textbook isn't much help half the time, and it seems like all of our in-class work for labs and recitations was designed with a total disregard for the time it actually takes to complete the work.

Course Content

From what I was able to teach myself, I learned basic principles regarding vector-based physics, momentum, inter-object interaction, friction, and more. I want to enter EE, so majority of these concepts, however, are pretty much useless.

Comments on the professor

Not ready to teach the course, but she has potential and drive. She goes through slides in lecture much too quickly to get any important information down. You can tell she's invested, but she needs some more practice and experience so she can be more effective at getting the information we need to know across.

Advice

I feel like a more advanced physics course like AP Physics may be helpful, but I don't know.
