Weekly project that you should definitely start before the day it is due. Michael cares about what he is teaching and wants you to understand the code you are writing, not just spit out what you memorized.
Content is pretty much every data structure you will need to know professionally.
Very good.
Just do the work and don't AI everything and you'll come out of it quite nicely.

Learn a lot, as he refers to it "soak time" is crucial - spending time on the weekly projects and thinking it through is the most beneficial thing you can do in this class if you really want to learn. Apparently he retired from teaching full time after Spring 2024 so luckily I got to learn from him.
In-person lectures help a lot because he gives out good information, posts the notes and work done in class on Canvas. Heaviest parts of the class are the weekly projects, each one on a new topic, all in C. Also exams are worth like 65% of the grade.
Super knowledgeable, understanding, and is truly there to teach you something and help you learn.
Don't start the projects the day of, I did it and it never ended well. Highly recommend just starting them a few days before (minimum) and give yourself time to work out errors - trust me, a lot of dumb errors happen when you rush.

Super hard course but you learn so much. The projects take 10~12 hours a week and cannot be done in one day
