Fun!

You learn about various motifs used throughout folklore, different things that can be classified as folklore, and how to identify/classify pieces of folklore. Was it useful? Kinda. It did change my outlook on a lot of interactions and some of the things I did as a kid.

There was a project at the end of the year where you had to interview someone about folklore they believe in and write an essay about it. My anxiety skyrocketed when I heard that, but you can interview pretty much anyone.
