This is the best political science class I have taken thus far and I have taken some great classes. This has changed the way I think about the world and other people, especially those with different political beliefs than me. I would recommend everyone to take this class.

Each class is a discussion about different political/social topics but our professor ensures that the conversation is civil as well as informed since he gives us readings before each discussion that presents a variety of viewpoints on the discussion.

Great professor! Great at moderating discussion and challenging every viewpoint. He is also very understanding about homework or assignments. Would love to have him again if I wasn't graduating.

I would recommend doing all of the readings. It may seem like a lot of readings but they are all very interesting and can help you come into class informed. But if there is a day where you are super busy, you don't have to do all of the readings or you can skim, and be fine.
