If this wasn't a mandatory course I'm sure it would be removed from the course listings. Very redundant readings and no prof interest to make it any kind of interesting.

Decent guys but very boring structure.

You do not need to read every book, just have a decent understanding of each author.

This course convinced me to not major in poli sci. Holy it was boring.

It is a required course for polisci, anyway you need to take. Most boring course I ever had at Mac, tons to read and materials are very hard to understand. Good part is, no quizzes or tests for this course. Bad part is, there is a cumulative exam at the end worth 30%. I am very worried about that now. Best of luck.
