This course sucked. I just could not connect with the way that Travis was trying to teach. Id say that 75% of the examples that we used in class, were nothing like the homework, quizes, or exams. Which would leave you hopeless and clinging on for life while you scribble some random stuff down on your exam page.

The ISU page says: Vector analysis; analysis of force systems; resultant in two and three dimensions; free-body diagrams; equilibrium; analysis of trusses, frames, and machines; friction, belts and pulleys; shear and bending moment in beams, centroid and center of mass; second moments of areas. But let me translate: Your going to look at some lines on a piece of paper, and stuggle to visualize them in a 3D space, and look at bridges while trying to find the forge of gravity on it. As well as any other random forces i want to throw in there to make you even more confused then a drunk man at waffle house @ 2 in the morning.

He was a really nice guy; nothing wrong with him. I just stuggled to learn with his teaching style.

Get. A. Tutor. And. Do. Homework. ASAP. If you procrastinate, you are cooked.
