This was a very very very hard class. Going from a community college to this was a real big wake up call. This class was the second hardest class ive had to take here at ISU. The teacher I liked, and as long as you actually tried in class, showed up, you will be alright. A lot of people dont seem to like this prof, but I think its because they dont try or care. What I like with Wibowo is he stops class when he has an example, and gives you the time to work through each step on your own, instead of just saying, "oh do this, then this then this and here is your answer." He will ask the class, "what should we do?" Then will write out what equation you should use, then we have to go and plug in the values and such. I found this process to be alot more useful.

Vector analysis; analysis of force systems; resultant in two and three dimensions; free-body diagrams; equilibrium; analysis of trusses, frames, and machines; friction, belts and pulleys; shear and bending moment in beams, centroid and center of mass; second moments of areas.

I liked him a lot. Nice guy, likes when you ask questions and for help. Don't be afraid to say, "Im not sure how to do this." He will like the honesty, and will help you out.

If you can get a tutor from day 1, do it. It will be a great review tool to use.
