I absolutely loved this course. I didn’t think I would like political theory but it was so interesting!!

Plato’s Republic, Aristotle’s Politics, Machiavelli’s The Prince, Hobbes’ Leviathon, Locke, Rousseau, etc.

I was worried he wouldn’t be that great because he’s new and he’s also very conservative but he was truly fantastic. He made the material very easy to understand and very interesting. His lectures were well-paced and he included relevant historical information to the time period of the texts. Would definitely recommend!!!!!!

Read the texts! You could probably get by without reading any of the texts but I promise you it’s worth it to at least read the majority of them. Also, don’t be afraid to participate. Just say anything that stood out to you while reading or any comparisons you’ve drawn.
