Comments on the course

Easy, straightforward class. If you have an interest and basic knowledge of the content, you might be bored in this class, but it's a good crash course in feminism and intersectionality for those without a strong background.

Comments on the course

Loved this course. The main focus is intersectionality and how different aspects of our identity impact our lives. You definitely need an open mind to take this course or a desire to challenge the way you think and approach things. It's a fairly easy course. Katie is also an amazing professor if you have the chance to be in her classes. Workload isn't too bad either, lectures are relatively short and not many projects.

Advice

Get the textbook, the final exam relies on content from it.
