An excellent course for people that don't do well with 5,000-word essays and mid-term or final exams. I do better with trivial testing than opinion and rhetoric.

The content is not "easy" although your understanding of it is trivial to essentially possess an awareness of concepts. Do not underestimate the course. I studied each week about 8-12 hours before writing each test. You could do 6 hours per week and still pass. The content is extremely interesting because it deals with humans, society, food, drugs, industry... Everything we interact with daily.

Professor was good, but the content is overwhelming.

If "ASMR" gives you the ick, you have been warned. You're listening to him talk into a microphone for 12 weeks.

Very easy bird course if that is what you are looking for. Weekly lectures and weekly quizzes which are easy to score high in. No final exam and No midterm. You learn a lot about human genes CISPER, and biotech in the world around you. There are 11 quizzes and it is best 10 out of 11 and that is all. A good class to have a long with tougher classes

Kind of a hidden gem. Learn about things like cloning, CRISPR and farming biotech. It has a slight biological element to it, but only like grade 10 level of difficulty in terms of the concepts. Best part of the course was that workload was light. You have 11 online quizzes and your top 10 quiz marks make up 60% of the grade. The other 40% is two short essays. No final exam.
