Every part of this course is designed by the head of the math department. The professor has no say or control of the amount or content of the homework assignments, quizzes, exams or the final exam. This course uses My Open Math for all assignments. You get a good amount of homework but that is not a big percentage of your grade. My advice would be to do most of the homework's, all of the quizzes and pass the two exams. However, none of your grades on those things matter if you fail the final exam. You can get a good grade all all assignments and exams but if you fail the final, you fail the class. Having taken this course three times, I honestly think this class is a money maker for the college.

The content was relevant to the homework assignments, exams, quizzes and the final exam. The homework assignments are useful for studying for quizzes and exams. After the homework is past due, you can still be giving practice questions on that specific topic.

Bishop is the best math teacher that I've ever had! She takes time to walk you through the problem step by step. If you are bad or struggle with math, she is the professor for you. No question is a "dumb" question when it comes to the content. I attribute me finally being able to pass to her teaching style and delivery.

I wish I knew how hard it was going to be to pass!
