One of my favorite courses I have taken at ASU. Professor Peeples is amazing, and you can tell he is very passionate about Archaeology. The topics the course covers and very enjoyable, and there is not much reading to do. If you need HUAD credits, this is the course for you!

The course covers various examples of fraudulent archaeology, from so called "giants" to "vampires" and even cryptids.

The professor was amazing. Very friendly and passionate about his work.

I wish I had taken this class earlier.
