Terrible course. I walked out of seminars countless times due to boredom and feeling that my time was being wasted.

Honestly, it made no sense, and we were all bullshitting our way through the class. The final assignment was super easy, it's like a research paper.

She only talked about what she thought music in Toronto was, and was very biased when it came to other genres. All she ever talked about was jazz and indigenous music, and due to the TA being a failed jazz singer, she sang unprovoked and off-key in classes.

Good for 1900s if you need them. Will be easy but boring, useless and a waste of tuition

It's more people skills than anything, felt like a media training class. Hard to debate whether to skip class or not, but 40% in class assignments and 10% attendance so...

There were online modules, but you have to answer questions that don't even matter; all you have to do is complete them for your mark.

Honestly, a really easy class if you need it for your requirements or a grade booster, but only do it if you're okay with being bored and you will attend every class because the assignments are done in class ONLY.
