This course, I guess it's fine but there's a lot of readings and material to go through. Tatiana does give students online simulations to try and help them understand the topic better. The exams though, I'm warning you, they are hard because it's all based on time management and the materials and if you actually understand the content of this course very well at the back of your own hand.
There is one project which is based on research which is worth a couple of marks. The 4 short assignments, you pretty much make your own multiple choice questions that must be conceptual and factual. I personally loved doing those short assignments since they are worth a couple of marks and it's pretty quick! This course is also done asynchronously so it's one independently at your own pace but you need to watch out for deadlines.
I guess Tatiana is ok but... she just gives a lot of content and it's hard to catch up with her lessons especially online readings/articles.
If you really want to take this course, THINK TWICE! The course, "Understanding colour" sounds interesting until you start looking at the content and everything being thrown at you. This could be used as a science teachable I guess if you SERIOUSLY understand, optics, chemistry, of anything that is science related really. Also make sure to look through the lectures as the weekly quizzes will be based on the slides.

I honestly LOVE this class! It's definitely worth the money.
There are 5 units in the course: History, Physics, Physiology, Art and Chemistry. I would say the class is really useful if you're interested in how we see with our eyes and the universe! There is a lot about stars, the galaxy, aurora's and rainbows which was super interesting!
I'm not really good in physics or chemistry so I was a little nervous, but the prof explained everything really well! She is honestly so kind and made each lesson super interesting!
You can't really skip anything in this course because each week has a quiz. It looks like there are a lot of assignments (weekly quizzes, research project, 4 short assignments, midterm and final exam) but it's all spaced out really well so it's never stressful.
