Comments on the course

Absolutely amazing course. Every class (don't know if it changed), we'd go over questions to solidify understanding of the content, then after go over lecture material which was given with flow and clarity. There's examples that help you remember. It's just a genuinely a fun and easy course compared to a lot of other course out there.

Course Content

You learn a lot of different thing in biology and how it applies to the world you have QOW (= Question of the weeks), no tests, or exams. QOW's are just 3-5 questions that you answer based on the lecture material . And the labs are just SimUText simulations, which are easy modules that you go over to understand material even better (so its related to what you learning). I still go over and look over my notes sometimes.

Comments on the professor

The professor was amazing, he explained thing with flow and clarity, and at the end of every class many student would line up to ask questions and he would answer them without confusing them. He held office hours too.

Advice

Only take this course if your gonna put in the effort and if you wanna learn.
