Total snooze fest. She changed the whole course outlay from last semester bc her evals were so bad. iClicker questions are now extra credit. There’s a few assignments each week: video multiple choice aren’t bad but the other ones just labeled hw are massive excel worksheets that take hours. Exams are in person. She had a new “acctg cycle project” that was a huge part of the grade. It was supposed to be 4 parts but there were so many typos in the 2nd one that they combined it w the 3rd & moved the deadline back like a month. The first one was so confusing she let ppl submit corrections. The 4th one she didn’t even wanna do but the other guy teaching (Adam? Idk) wanted to.

Intro to accounting… it sucks, but that’s why I’m not an acctg major lol

Comments on the professor

Nori is dope. She straight up gives you answers if you ask the question in a kind of roundabout way. She curves everything. And if you talk to her she’s super chill. Reminds me a lot of Kuzyk in the Econs department.

Advice

That one assignment labeled hw never takes just an hour. Do NOT start it the night it’s due. Or use chegg & you’ll be fine on hws. But come exam time you’ll be sorry bc they’re in person smh

Comments on the course

The lectures were very boring. Attendance is pretty much mandatory because of reef polls.
