The course is chaotically organized with an emphasis on forming groups independently(with no formal outlet to do so for the final project). Seem over the top for individuals who have just graduated highschool.

There are quite a few good tutorials, but the T/A led activities are incomprehensible due to the disorganization.

The professor seems very good with MatLab and guides through tutorials well, but the pacing is always behind the lab(which makes the labs extremely difficult given time constraints).

Taking any kind of MatLab fundamentals course(independently) will prepare you better for this course
