Very disorganized. Instructors frequently have no idea what the agenda is for the day. The program is very micromanaged by the program director, and instructors are not given sufficient information to properly do their jobs. Program director assigns a very heavy workload to students, with unrealistic, short deadlines. Assignments are almost always busy work, requiring us to do hours of research for things that are completely out of our realm in EMS. Instructors have no idea how to answer any questions about any assignments, due to it being assigned by the program director. Paramedic stuff. Class was only useful if you read your books. You get taught in class how to do things from 25 years ago, which would cause you to lose your license today. Course learning content and assignments are all copy and pasted from previous years, so they’re all outdated, and links never work. Assigned reading chapters and pages are always off. Medical research topics and papers are outdated, and articles are from years ago. Due dates are almost always screwed up, and it’s your fault because you should be able to read minds.

If you enjoy a program director who is rude, abrasive, and uptight about everything, you will love this program. If you like instructors who are willing to go behind your back to try and get you removed from the course, while also sucking every penny from your bank account, you will love this program. Instructors are very disorganized, don’t seem to know what they are doing, and are always butting heads with each other. Information is always conflicting, and there is always drama and tension between instructors. Instructors frequently call in, leaving classes with less instructors, making it more stressful.
