UF has a medical amnesty policy that allows any student to receive medical attention for "serious/life-threatening situations that result from alcohol and/or other drug abuse". Any students involved won't be subjected to any disciplinary action nor mandatory alcohol/other drug sanctions.
Basically, if you need medical help due to any substance (i.e. you have a friend who is too drunk to wake up/function/etc) then you can bring yourself/that person to a medical facility and trust that you won't be reported or anything. Pretty sure this is limited to up to 3 instances though.
