One of my favorite classes so far.

Very informative class about the world of communication and the problems in society. It teaches you the rights and wrongs of how to cover particular issues with an emphasis on informing you as an individual of those issues and what is right.

The problems in society and mass media. I thought it was very very useful not only for my journalism career but everyday life.

Shes a very informative, real professor. I loved the content she chooses to cover in the curriculum and how passionate she is to discuss all of the issues. She does tend to pick favorites (her TAs and the couple of people that always answer questions) and that can get a little repetitive/annoying.

Really pay attention to the assigned work that's graded on for those 5 question weekly quizzes, as they are detail heavy. Go to every single lecture and take good notes, as she provides a lot of key information about assignments that are only available for those who attend in class.
