Prof: Mike Foley / Spring 2022
May 9, 2022
Very tough class physically and mentally. I have never questioned my major and life goals so much. You have to work diligently all semester and it will be tough but receiving that B at the end felt soooo good.
The lectures were very insightful and are essential to attend for the attendance grades (that you WILL need to save you at the end of the semester) and for the quizzes. I took the lab also with Foley and he used those 3 hours to WORK YOU (It feels like a robbery that the class isn't worth 5 credits).
Very experienced in the field and knows what he is talking about. His grading is very tough and unforgiving but that truly does force you to learn. However, I literally could not tell you how I received the grades I did on assignments because the grading criteria were soooooooo unclear and inconsistent.
Quadruple check your already quadruple checked work. Make sure your medication for your anxiety/depression/mental health is a good fit for you because you can't afford to have a mental health crisis or otherwise any inconsistency in that department.
