Lectures are pretty dense since most of the class is just him deriving/solving for equations and some of the content can get a little complicated. Notes are all posted online and attendance isn't mandatory. Lab attendance also isn't mandatory and labs can be finished in under 1-2 hours. Two exams (final wasn't cumulative) each open note and open book. Provides practice exams that are very similar to the actual exam.

Semiconductor properties, PN Junctions and Diodes, and MOSFETs

Very knowledgeable and will usually stop and ask class if they have any questions on what he's covering. Can be a little boring if you don't care that much about the material.
