A lot of repeated information from the same things in other stats classes. So if you understand the basics of Stats 2 and 3 you will be just fine in this class.

Love him! The TA grades things and the TA was a bit tough on our class but otherwise the professor did great at teaching the content and was super flexible and easy to work with.

The professor added R coding to the virtual class (because of COVID) and it was really helpful for actually applying the skills you learn. Professor really wants to see you succeed and it is not hard to get an A if you do the work. Overall, this course taught me some common methods (regression, parametric and non-parametic methods) used in Biostatistics many of which I previously learned in previous courses, so overall it was not a hard class. However if this is your first exposure to coding in R you may have some extra learning to do.
