This class is a great option if you need something light and with low time commitment to fill your schedule. You come twice a week, do yoga, meditate, and chill. Once a week you have to write a 1 page summary of a journal article, which isn't bad. The yoga and meditation also makes a positive impact on your mental health which is a definite bonus.
Actually come to class, attendance is 70% of the grade.
