The course is what you make of it. If you want an easy A, the option is here with little effort. If you would like to learn about the mechanisms of injury and methods of prevention, this course contains lots of information that will carry over for those looking to seek a job in kinesiology and athletic training. Anne provides so many resources and is so approachable when it comes to questions about the content. Great course, awesome professor, would reccomend!
