Comments on the course

This course was very engaging and encouraged mindful student participation. It truly felt like I was applying my knowledge by the end of the semester and I finished the course with an investment on furthering my own education within the topics covered. Dr. Callison is extremely accommodating and a wonderful educator. It does require a bit more work at the beginning and end of the semester but it is all doable.

Advice

Although attendance for lecture is TECHNICALLY non-mandatory you will truly only get the best out of this course by going to lectures. Also come with an open mind and a willingness to learn, especially if you are non-Indigenous/ a settler.
