Lynn is the best. No cap. She genuinely cares about her students and the topics she teaches. The TAs were also great and very helpful! Honestly one of my favourite classes so far because Lynn made it so enjoyable!!

My comment can be summarized in one word: WOW! I cannot even begin to put into words how fantastic of a job she has done. Lynn has all the essential qualities of a teacher: passionate, knowledgable, and a fantastic pedagogue. Lynn's passion for both teaching and the subject matter clearly comes out during lectures. She often goes above and beyond to research and discover more about the topic. I came into this class as someone with very little passion for biology in general and come out as a student with a newfound appreciation of nature. She puts in the effort to make every single class enjoyable and she has succeeded - her class is a treat to go to. Lynn is also constantly pushing herself to discover new material to teach and demonstrates a clear understanding of the topic. Whenever...read more

Overall, the class is easy as long as you put the work into it. There is nothing overly difficult about it.
Lynn is AMAZING. Anyone who has her as a prof would say she genuinely cares about her students. She teaches very well and is super kind!

Interesting but easy class if you put in the work. Lynn is a gem and you just need to familiarize yourself with written questions.
Go over slides and clickers. DO some extra written problems to solidify ideas.

Greg is such a good professor, he connected with us, got to know us a bit and even showed his new pet. You will enjoy his class for sure. I don't like and didn't understand the concepts of evolution and ecology in highschool but Greg made it easy. I was in section 123 and it's was honestly the most relaxing class I had this past term. We did coloring pages 10 minutes before class and had an organism of the day each day to learn something new. All that you need to know was in the recorded lectures and if it wasn't covered in the lecture that you don't need to know it for the tests. The worksheets, practice exams and practice final was very useful because they were similiar to the real test and exams. Overall, it was a fun class, of course it had it's ups and downs but I didn't think that I ...read more
-If this class is still online and there are still lecture recordings, then look over the lectures and take notes of what is said there because it's what is going to be mentioned on the exam( unless otherwise stated by your professor). -DO THE WORKSHEETS AND PRACTICE EXAMS/FINAL -Talk to the professor, you can get to know them and it will make that class more fun. -Create a group chat with classmates so that you can ask last minute questions and actually get a quick reply.( Question about exam date and time and even to clarify anything)
