I took this class online with everything happening around COVID, but Jay made this class thoroughly enjoyable even in online format. I really like Jay's short lecture formats and she does a great job in explaining concepts that are applicable to quizzes/exams. I found her class very straightforward and her tests are very fair. She used a lot of case scenarios for her exam which was challenging, but also fair given the content learned from the lecture.

Jay, you're awesome and I appreciate how you adjusted your class into an asynchronous course. Your exam was super hard and the only advice I have is if you could give us some practice questions specifically for those case scenarios.
