Dr. Blecker was always so helpful and stayed after class to answer questions. She encouraged class participation and was able to break concepts down. Ling 101 as a class is incredibly useful for anyone who is further pursuing linguistics as it lays down the foundations of linguistic theory.

I know it sucks but buy the textbook for this class! You’ll most likely come back to reference it in future courses

Stephanie was a little disorganized but the course content wasn't too challenging. Mainly memorization. The department put on review sessions for midterms and finals which were super helpful!
