Data structures is one of the most essential classes you can take during your CS degree. The class materials are dated but it doesn't matter because the structures don't change over time.

Stacks, queues, linked lists, heaps, binary trees, big O notation analysis, recursion, namespaces, templating, etc. We went over graphs a bit but there was not an assignment that dealt with graphs.

Koh is like a master splinter type of character. He is a veteran of software development and extremely knowledgable in all data structures and algorithms. However he rambles a lot and seems kind of burnt out on teaching. If you can manage to stay awake, you will glean some knowledge from him.

You will need knowledge of C++ for this class and it will also help a lot if you have basic proficiency with Linux.
